General Refunds
We will issue refunds or resend an item if the customer has received the wrong item: we will refund the customer for the shipping costs for First Class Mail or send them a stamped envelope. It is very important that the items get returned to us. If the items are not returned within a week of receipt by the customer of the items, we will assume that the customer has decided to keep the items and we will have to charge the credit card.
If a string has been strung up on the instrument, no refunds will be provided. If any, exchanges will be issued by NSA Music Supplies upon review by management.
- All defective merchandise purchased from NSA is returnable up to 30 days purchase. NSA will be happy to replace a defective item. Please note a separate string return policy below.
- You may ship your package back to us via UPS or postal service. We recommend using UPS so your package can be tracked from the shipping point to our warehouse. We also suggest that you insure your package for its full value. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless your product is defective or was shipped in error.
Strings
Please inspect your strings immediately upon receipt. Unopened strings may only be returned within 30 days, so that we may supply all our customers with the freshest possible strings. Installed strings are not returnable, unless they break within the first 30 days after purchase. Because the tonal qualities of each instrument are unique, we cannot accept string returns for reasons of tone, including false strings. You may ship your package back to us via UPS or postal service. We recommend using UPS so your package can be tracked from the shipping point to our warehouse. We also suggest that you insure your package for its full value. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless your product is defective or was shipped in error.
Coupons and Discount Codes
We want to be able to keep our prices low and offer discount coupons in the future. If NSA music supplies suspects that a customer is using the monthly coupon multiple times, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
- You may ship your package back to us via UPS or postal service. We recommend using UPS so your package can be tracked from the shipping point to our warehouse. We also suggest that you insure your package for its full value. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless your product is defective or was shipped in error. Please call our Customer Service Department at (801) 918-6261 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Using this number will help ensure a prompt and accurate credit.
- Fill out the return form on the back of your packing slip. Complete the information about the item(s) you are returning, the reason for the return, and what you would like in exchange for the item (choose refund or exchange).
- Package the item(s) carefully and with the appropriate padding. Be sure to include the return form with your returned item(s).
- Seal the box well and affix one of the return labels (attached to the return form) to the outside of the box. Fasten the mailing label securely with cellophane tape.
- You may ship your package back to us via UPS, or United States Postal Service. We suggest that you use UPS as packages are tracked from the shipping point to our warehouse. We also suggest that you insure your package for its full value. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless your product is defective or was shipped in error.
- Please read the back of your packing slip for more specific instructions.
- We cannot issue a refund for any string that has been installed on the instrument. For all other items, sales are final. Any exchange will be made under the discretion of No Strings Attached Music Supplies in response to written E-mail.
