Shipping Options
We offer three standard types of shipping for US and Canadian address:
- First Class Mail
- Priority Mail
- Express Mail
Local Pickup
We’re happy to offer a local pickup option for customers in the following zip codes:
- 84101, 84103, 84111, 84112, and 84113.
- In order to use Local Pickup, you’ll need to enter your zip code into the checkout page, then select the “Local Pickup” option from the standard shipping options.
- Roberta will be in touch to arrange a specific time for you to drop by and retrieve your order.
US Rates and Delivery Times
- First Class Mail: $4.95; 2-4 days
- Priority Mail: $7.95; 2 -3 days
- Express Mail: $19.95; overnight
Canadian Rates and Delivery Times
- First Class Mail: $4.95; please note that we do not recommend using this option as orders may take up to 30 days and are not trackable! Consequently, NSAMS is not responsible for lost merchandise when choosing this ship method.
- Priority Mail: $12.95; 6 – 10 days
- Express Mail: $29.95; 2 – 4 days
Free Shipping Coupon for String Orders
- We are pleased to offer a free shipping coupon for all return customers that can be used when placing orders for strings only in excess of $20.00.
- At the checkout, use the code “NSAstrings” to receive a First Class Shipping credit. If you choose either of the expedited shipping options, your shipping credit will still be applied to the order total.
Case Shipping
Buyers will be notified of the shipping cost of oversized items.
